During my years as a news anchor at NBC and ABC, I experienced firsthand how success can trigger others' insecurities. I watched talented colleagues get undermined, saw potential crushed by petty politics, and felt the sting of jealousy disguised as "constructive criticism."

But here's what I learned: their behavior was never about me—it was about them. This realization changed everything. Instead of shrinking, I chose to understand the psychology behind workplace toxicity. Instead of retaliating, I developed strategies to rise above.

Today, through Moxy Consulting and my speaking engagements, I help professionals transform their workplace experiences. We tackle the tough stuff—the passive-aggressive comments, the credit-stealing, the gaslighting—and turn it into fuel for growth.
